How do I know which parcel size applies to my item?
Send us a photo of your parcel via WhatsApp before booking. We'll confirm the size category (Small, Medium, or Large) and quote you accordingly. Small = documents/envelopes. Medium = shoes/groceries/small box. Large = multiple boxes or bulk groceries.
When exactly do I pay?
Payment is made at the pick-up point when the rider arrives. The rider will confirm the parcel size matches what was agreed, then collect payment in cash. No online payment or deposit is required.
Can I send to any area in Windhoek?
Yes! We cover all locations within Windhoek — residential, commercial, suburbs, and townships. We do not currently deliver outside Windhoek, but plan to expand across Namibia in the future.
What is the difference between Urgent, Calling, and Express delivery?
Urgent: Delivered within 3–4 hours (+N$10). Calling Order: Rider dispatched immediately when you call or WhatsApp (+N$15). Waiting Order: Rider waits at pick-up if parcel isn't ready, up to 15 minutes (+N$10). Express: Highest priority — rider dispatched immediately and delivers as fast as possible (+N$20).
How do I book a recurring or business delivery?
Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form to discuss a recurring delivery arrangement. We can set up daily or weekly schedules for businesses, shops, pharmacies, or households that need consistent, reliable deliveries.
Will I get confirmation when my parcel is delivered?
Yes. Once your parcel is successfully delivered to the drop-off address, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message from us. This gives you peace of mind and a clear delivery record.
